The Law Office of Daniel E. Cook represents individual clients in courts throughout the State of California in civil, criminal, administrative and juvenile matters. I spent 21 years as a Deputy Public Defender handling every type of criminal case from petty theft to capital murder. Since entering private practice in 2007, I have represented individuals in civil litigation matters including an assortment of personal injury cases, tort and wrongful death defense and restraining orders. I continue to defend individuals accused of crimes and minors involved in juvenile delinquency and school disciplinary proceedings. I regularly represent individuals in administrative hearings before the Department of Motor Vehicles. I strive to deliver the best possible results to my clients by employing the skills and experience gained over my 26 years as a trial lawyer.
